April 2020 Real Estate Statistics

Attached are Central Okanagan Board Statistics

Results confirm the market has been affected during these times.  However, since we were in such a recovering market before this happened I believe as we navigate through what needs to be done or make changes on how things are done, activity will naturally increase.  Time will tell if pricing will be effected.

Such a surreal time but I’m staying optimistic and believe some good can come of this.  The best will be reconnecting with family, friends, co-workers, clients.  Social distancing and driveway get togethers has been a short term fix but not the same :)
