FEBRUARY STATS 2026

Attached are February Real Estate Statistics 

Market continues to be below average levels but optimistic there are signs of a more active Spring season ahead.

Bank of Canada will have their next Interest Rate announcement March 18th.    January 28th they held their 2.25% and hopefully will continue that trend.
