September Statistics

Attached are September Real Estate Statistics. 

We are still in a  holding pattern waiting for a decision on Speculation Tax.  If the government goes ahead with this Tax the majority of people will not be affected, however, the current indecision and unknown are impacting the market. Once a decision is made, one way or the other, I believe it will have a positive effect on the market.  I will be sure to update you as we get information.
