Listing inventory is up marginally from March but a far cry from 2016. Slow start with our Spring weather may be part of the impact and also hesitation to Sell with concerns of what is available to Purchase.
Investment properties are a desirable commodity with low Rental availability, makes it possible to achieve higher rent. The Property Manager in our office posted Market Rates:
Average Single family homes $2500 to $3500
Average 2 Bedroom condo’s $1200 to $1500
From what I’ve come across, I think these rates may even be a bit low.
