NOVEMBER REAL ESTATE STATISTICS

During the past seven months, the housing market in the Okanagan has improved as increased consumer demand combined with fewer homes for sale has let to more balanced conditions. We remain firmly in Buyers market territory, which can be very challenging for Sellers and Buiyers alike, however, always a good time to consider your options.
