July Real Estate Statistics

The month of July did not feel as active as the previous months and this is supported by the statistics. Single family home sales were down slightly but good to see activity in the condo market as we still have an abundance of inventory in this sector.

All in all I believe our market is heading in the right direction and it is still a great time to buy and sell. Please don’t hesitate to call if you would like to know how the market is for your specific needs.
