JUNE REAL ESTATE STATISTICS

Our market continues to show good improvement, however, prices are not necessarily increasing just yet. As inventory goes down, this will eventually start to drive prices, even if just slightly. For now we have a good steady market and will likely see increases as we come into 2014
It is interesting to note that while the Central Okanagan experienced a more marked uptick, both the North Okanagan and Shuswap have remained relatively flat in sales.
