I moved to Kelowna in 1995 from Vancouver, where I lived for many years. While in Vancouver my career was in Property Insurance, which spanned over an 18 year period. I worked with British Columbia Insurance Company, as the claims manager and obtained an A.I.I.C. designation through the Insurance Institute of Canada
In 1995 my husband, Steve, and I, had an opportunity to move to Kelowna and we jumped at the chance. For the first few years I worked for a local insurance agency, made new friends, got to the know the community and took every opportunity to enjoy all the Okanagan has to offer.
January 2000, I obtained my Real Estate License and joined the team at Macdonald Realtors. Becoming a real estate agent has proved to be my most rewarding career move yet. I enjoy the business, the people and the challenge. I have received sales awards in each of the last seven years and look forward to many more successful years in Kelowna Real Estate. |
